Paola holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Tirana. Her career in clinical psychology began in non-profit organizations before transitioning to individual therapeutic work. Licensed by the Order of Psychologists, Paola is currently under supervision with a focus on psychoanalysis and psychodynamics. Her practice primarily involves providing psychological and therapeutic support to adult clients.
Paola has been practicing as a Clinical Psychologist with adults for three years under supervision. Also, she is engaged in international platforms to offer therapeutic sessions for Albanian immigrants who encounter difficulties in integrating into the societies of the countries where they live, individual therapeutic sessions, and coaching for employees of global organizations who encounter problems in daily activities at work, as a result of personal difficulties related to mental health and has experience in managing the phenomenon of burnout, and the mental health of individuals engaged in work where stress is daily and prolonged. It also conducts training related to the mental health of employees who work with sensitive materials (content moderation).
Her orientation in psychoanalysis and psychodynamics gives special importance to childhood experiences, and family dynamics during growth, as elements that give us information on the current difficulties of individuals in adulthood.
